Display Options Radial Menu
For convenience in Modeler, the most important model display settings in the viewport are gathered in a dedicated radial menu, Display Options. This menu allows quick control over key display parameters without needing to access the full viewport settings.
Some menu items are presented as checkboxes, allowing you to immediately see whether a particular option is active when the menu is opened.
Main Menu Tools:
- Smooth — Activates smooth shading mode.
- Smooth Wire — Activates smooth shading with wireframe mode.
- Wireframe — Activates wireframe mode.
- Hide Templates — Hides template nodes in the viewport.
- Vertex Count — Uses a viewport visualizer to color faces based on the number of points they have.
- Isolate Objects — Temporarily hides all objects except the active one.
- Isolate Faces — Displays only selected faces, hiding the others. If nothing is selected, it shows all geometry.
Submenu Tools:
- Toggle Backdrops — Hides or shows Backdrop objects.
- X-Ray Display Nodes — Displays display geometry on top of other objects or template geometry.
- Lock Objects Mode — Prevents changes to shading mode at the object level, locking the current settings.
- Ghost Display Nodes — Makes display geometry semi-transparent.
